Dental Implants have revolutionised dentistry. If you have lost a tooth, missing multiple teeth or have an ill-fitting denture, dental implants can be the answer for you.

Traditionally when a tooth is lost the gap is replaced by a denture, or a bridge. A denture is removable and may be ill-fitting and uncomfortable. A bridge is permanently fixed, but requires removing healthy tooth structure from the adjacent teeth, thereby compromising their long term viability.

Dental implants can be an effective long-term solution to replace one or multiple teeth. Studies show that implants provide greater structural support and last longer than bridges or dentures. They are typically constructed of titanium, which is a strong and safe material that effectively integrates with bone.

Implants are placed in the jawbone to replace the roots of the original natural teeth. New artificial teeth are then attached enabling normal function with a natural appearance. The success rate of this process is 90-95% over a 15 year period.

We make sure that you receive the best care. We have a dedicated team who endeavour to support you throughout the treatment and long term maintenance. All implants are placed by our highly experienced UK qualified implantologist Dr Behzad Manzoor.

Single and Multiple tooth replacement

Missing single teeth

Replacing a single missing tooth with a dental implant is an ideal solution. The implant acts as a natural tooth in function and appearance. Using a dental implant avoids the involvement of any other teeth.

Multiple missing teeth

When more than one tooth is missing multiple implants can be used to replace these teeth. However because implants can be linked or splinted together using bridges, it is not always necessary to replace every missing tooth with an individual implant.

Replacement of all teeth by stabilising and anchoring dentures

The simplest way to replace all missing teeth is with a denture. When this is a complete denture there can be difficulties with reduced function, and confidence. Dental implants provide an excellent solution, acting as an anchor for the denture resulting in greatly improved stability and reassurance for the wearer. A minimum of two implants are needed for a lower denture and a minimum of four for an upper denture.

Therefore, All-on-4 dental implants save time, money, and discomfort.
The All-on-4 dental implant technique utilizes only four implants per jaw, whereas traditional implants utilize anywhere from six to eight implants, or more, in each arch. The implants of the All-on-4 procedure are also placed at an angle, which allows for increased contact by using the natural support of your bone.

Benefits of All-on-4/ same-day-teeth:

Why Teeth in a day® is Your Best Option for patients wanting to get rid of their dentures, and to people with failing teeth in need of a full upper and/or lower restoration:

Fixed (Non-Removable)

Unlike conventional dentures, the Teeth in a day® procedure allows you to have a full mouth of permanent teeth that feels and functions like real. The Teeth in a day®procedure eliminates the day-to-day frustrations and discomforts of dentures.

Unlike conventional dentures which are large in size and could possibly affect your appearance over time, Teeth in a day® gives you the set of teeth that looks and acts like natural, healthy teeth.

Same-Day Teeth (‘Teeth-in-a-Day’)

Unlike dentures or locators that need lengthy transition period, Teeth in a day® procedure is often completed in a single day as the implants and teeth are inserted on same day.

Immediate Function

Recovery process is minimized for Teeth in a day® technology. Eat, talk, and socialize as soon as you have left us.

Minimal Need for Grafting

Bone grafting is a surgical procedure often necessary in a process of building conventional implants. The missing tooth often causes loss of bone underneath and in order to restore this area the bone is taken from your chin or pelvis. With Teeth in a day® you only need a minimum number of implants inserted and therefore in most cases bone grafting is not required.

Bring The Cost Down

Unlike conventional implants that may require 8-10 implants and bone grafting that makes the entire process long and complex with treatment taking up to a year, Teeth in a day® has made a revolution by significantly bringing the cost down for more effective and satisfying results. The exact cost varies by patients and their condition but with a lesser number of implants and the simpler ‘Teeth-in-a-Day’ procedure, Teeth in a day® is a definite solution for patients with missing teeth. Excellent value for money – experience allows our team to provide your Teeth in a day® solution at very competitive prices.

Treatment inclusive of extractions, implant placement, same-day temporary fixed bridge with 10 teeth, after-care and final fixed titanium implant bridge after approximately 5 months.

We welcome any questions and enquires if you are interested in All-on-4. For further information including a free consultation and flexible payment options kindly call us on 01634 817 417 /

If you have lost a tooth, missing multiple teeth or have an unsatisfactory denture, dental implants may be the answer for you.

Once you are referred by your own dentist, friend or colleague, or simply decide yourself that you would like to know more about how dental implants could benefit you, the first step is to arrange your free consultation.

Dr. Manzoor will carefully listen to your concerns and your requirements, thoroughly evaluate and discuss your dental health in a clear and concise manner and will advise whether or not a dental implant is suitable for you. This first meeting is intended to be a fact finding session and we will also outline the procedure for dental implants, the time frames and relevant costs of the treatment to you.

Before a final decision can made about the type of treatment most suitable for you, it is often necessary to gather more information in the form of x-rays including 3-D CT scans, photographs and models. The planning stage of dental implant treatments is the most important stage. With the relevant information and meticulous planning, successful results with a predictable outcome can be ensured.

Treatment Plan

Once all the necessary information has been investigated and assessed, Dr. Manzoor will discuss the treatment solutions relevant to your dental situation. Treatment cost, complexity, procedure and the stages will be discussed with you in detail. This will be followed by a written treatment plan.

Fixed Fee Quotation

We believe that from the outset it is essential that you are fully informed of the cost of your treatment. We will provide a clear, written, fixed quotation for your completed dental implant treatment. You will also be informed about the possibility of additional treatment such as if a bone graft is required in addition to dental implants.

Treatment Provision

Once a definitive treatment plan has been agreed, the treatment appointments will be booked. Dr. Manzoor will explain what you can expect at each stage of treatment and the time frames between stages. At our Implant Centre we ensure that you receive the best care. We have a dedicated team who endeavour to support you throughout the treatment and long term maintenance.

The care of your dental implant is important to ensure a long term, predictable outcome. Our team will make sure that you are fully versed in all aspects of caring for your implant. You will be advised when and how frequently you should attend for an examination. It is important that good oral hygiene is maintained and you will be required to see dental hygienist on a regular basis. We also advise you to attend for regular check ups with your own dentist.

Accelerating the healing process after dental implants

This is a type of plasma rich protein that is derived by separating blood into it’s different components. A small amount of the patient’s own blood is taken and placed into a centrifuge machine to be spun down. This isolates crucial proteins from the contents of your blood and is used in bone and soft tissue regeneration as it stimulates fast healing, reduces discomfort and fosters new bone growth and repairs soft tissue in surgical sites. It is very safe because it is derived from the patient’s own blood and tissue

  • Treatment has gained European (CE) and American (FDA) approval
  • Completely biocompatible and safe
  • Reduced inflammation and pain
  • Advanced technology backed by a wealth of experience and clinical testing
  • Proven success rate in varied medical applications
  • Outstanding clinical efficiency as illustrated in many clinical publications

Following the placement of an implant, there will be a small wound in the soft connective tissues of the gum and underlying jaw bone. The body’s natural repair process is stimulated by a special set of proteins our bodies produce which act at the site of the wound.

PRGF-ENDORET™ technology isolates these healing proteins from a small sample of the patient’s blood, which is then applied directly to the area of the wound to accelerate the healing process.

To prepare the PRGF (“plasma rich in growth factor”) a small sample of the patient’s blood is taken and then treated to produce a concentrated mixture of natural healing factors. A carefully measured therapeutic dose is applied to the wound area to optimise the healing process.

This technique is already being used very successfully to aid recovery times in many different areas of surgery including maxillofacial, cardiac, plastic and reconstructive. These advantages are now available to those seeking to replace missing teeth with dental implants.
